As a Zambian registered entity, we adhere to the Data Protection Act No. 3 of 2021 and other relevant telecommunications regulations enforced by ZICTA (Zambia Information and Communications Technology Authority).

- Message Logs: Metadata regarding SMS sent (Time stamp, Sender ID, Destination Number, Delivery Status). Note: We do not store message content longer than necessary for transmission and regulatory compliance.

- Service Delivery: To route your SMS messages through local carriers (MTN, Airtel, Zamtel) efficiently.
- Account Management: To manage your registration as a new user and process your orders.

Data Sharing & Disclosure
